This post is my Month 11 anniversary update. Deep inner work continues, nothing I’m ready enough to write about, but this book found me in the midst of it and it was just the right thing- especially the emphasis on rethinking all the muscling that we sometimes think we need to do to manifest something.
The teachings within are ones that feel like a graduation to me from that idea of sinking tons of energy into visualizing, vision boarding, affirmation-izing, & willing that is the typical formula many of us use to create what we want in life.
Try this on for size instead (quotes from the book):
* By allowing the Divine to lead the way, we can finally put down the heavy load of hopes, fears and opinions of how things should be. We learn to be guided to take the right actions at the right time, and to enjoy the spectacular show that is our life.
*When you make the Divine your Source, you move through life with an ease and lightness, with an open hand. You allow whatever wishes to come, come. And whatever wishes to go, go.
* What if the highest expression of the personal Divine is You, precisely as You are in this very moment, in all your full, authentic and wounded glory?
*Wherever I can be a force for Love, please guide me. Take me wherever you wish me to go. Let me do your bidding…..
and I’ll finish with a prayer from the author Tosha Silver:
Divine Beloved: Allow me to give with complete ease and abundance, knowing You are the unlimited Source of All.
Let me be an easy, open conduit for Your prosperity.
Let me trust that all of my own needs are always met in amazing ways and it’s safe to give freely as my heart guides.
And equally, please let me feel wildly open to receiving.
May I know my own value, beauty, and worthiness without question.
Let me allow others the supreme pleasure of giving to me.
May I feel worthy to receive in every possible way.
Change me into One who can fully love, forgive, and accept myself…so I may carry your Light without restriction.
Let everything that needs to go, go,
Let everything that need to come, come.
I am utterly Your own.
You are Me.
I am you.
We are One
All is well.
